(formerly Sichuan Jingxiong Plastics Co., Ltd.) was established in 2002 and operates two production bases—the Chengdu Longtan Industrial Park and the Deyang Kaizhou New City Industrial Park—covering a total area of 65,000 square meters. By introducing advanced CNC machining equipment and cutting-edge technologies, and by collaborating with research institutions and industry experts, the company is committed to product innovation and delivering high-efficiency services. Three Core Products That Form the Foundation of the Enterprise
KQJZ800 Flaring and Extrusion Molding Complete Set of Equipment
This equipment is primarily used for manufacturing the spigot and socket ends of structural-wall pipes. The raw material is injection-grade PE with an MFR of 6–8 g/10 min, and the standard color of the fittings is black; other colors can be customized upon customer request.
This equipment resolves the challenge of flexible connections for structural-wall pipes, enabling convenient installation, rapid connection, and leak-free performance. It is primarily used for fabricating spigot-and-socket joints for various types of structural-wall pipes, including Type A helically wound structural-wall pipes, Type C helically wound structural-wall pipes, internally rib-reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipes, steel-band-reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipes, and plastic–steel helically wound drainage pipes.
The KQJZ800 flaring fitting extrusion-injection molding complete set of equipment utilizes a single-screw preplasticization injection mechanism (extrusion plus injection) to produce socket-and-spigot fittings. The equipment primarily consists of a clamping unit, an injection unit, a pipe-advancing unit, and matching molds. The clamping unit features a horizontal design, ensuring safe, convenient, and rapid mold changes. The control system adopts a PLC+HMI configuration, enabling effective monitoring of product weight measurement, online energy consumption monitoring, and industrial Ethernet remote communication. It can communicate remotely with the equipment’s controller to acquire operational data, thereby facilitating more efficient management and monitoring of the equipment’s operating status.
CRB3000 Type B Wound Structural Wall Pipe Production Complete Set of Equipment
This equipment is designed in accordance with advanced technologies both domestically and internationally in the same industry, and the entire system incorporates products from well-known brands to ensure stable operation. The material feed lines, fuel gas lines, power cables, water supply lines, air supply lines, and PP corrugated pipes required for production are all fixed in position during line operation, making the equipment easy to install, operate, and maintain while remaining safe and reliable. The overall structural design is rational, the hardware configuration is state-of-the-art, and the level of automation is high. The electromechanical design fully takes ergonomics into account to reduce operator workload. This high-tech B-type polyethylene spiral-wound structural-wall pipe production equipment is primarily intended for the manufacture of B-type structural-wall pipes as specified in GB/T 19472.2.
Notably, the CRB3000 Type B helically wound structural-wall pipe production complete set of equipment features a highly customer-oriented extrusion section, offering four distinct configuration options: Configuration 1 is a dual-extruder, dual-material extrusion setup, in which the base sheet and the coating material are extruded separately by two independent extruders; Configuration 2 is a three-extruder co-extrusion configuration for two-color base sheet with single-layer coating, where the base sheet is extruded by two extruders and the coating material by a third, enabling the production of two-color inner-pipe products; Configuration 3 is a three-extruder co-extrusion configuration for a single-color base sheet with double-layer coating, in which the base sheet is extruded by one extruder and the coating material by two extruders working in tandem, allowing the addition of different materials to the coating layer to achieve product diversification; and Configuration 4 is a four-extruder co-extrusion configuration for a two-color base sheet with double-layer coating, where the base sheet is extruded by two extruders and the coating material by two extruders working in tandem, capable of producing two-color inner pipes and also allowing the incorporation of various materials into the coating layer to realize product diversification, multi-faceted customization, and differentiation.
CRC1200 Continuous Winding C-Type Structural Wall Pipe Production Complete Set of Equipment
Continuous winding of C-type structural-wall pipes is carried out by continuously winding the material on a forming cage composed of multiple rollers. During the winding process, no gas-fired heating of the rollers is required, which reduces gas costs and enhances production safety. In this process, one extruder’s die produces a molten single-layer sheet strip that forms the inner layer of the pipe, while another extruder’s die extrudes a molten tubular sheath that is wound over the outer surface of the reinforced corrugated pipe. The two materials are sequentially wound onto the forming cage, with the seam of the sheet strip being compacted by pressure rollers to ensure the integrity and seal of the inner layer. As the winding progresses, the pipe is advanced forward, enabling continuous winding and molding without stopping the machine to change molds, thereby maximizing equipment utilization.
Polyethylene wound C-shaped structural-wall pipes are environmentally friendly materials because they are non-toxic, harmless, and recyclable. They also exhibit moderate resistance to internal pressure, excellent impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and aging resistance, resulting in a long service life (exceeding 50 years). Additionally, they feature low flow resistance, light weight, ease of transportation, and rapid installation, making them widely used in municipal drainage and sewage systems.
Spigot-and-socket connection with an online winding spigot and an injection-molded socket
After the continuous-wound C-type structural-wall pipe is formed by an in-line winding-and-joining process, one end of the pipe is machined into the required spigot configuration using a dedicated spigot-machining machine (for spigot connections employing rubber gasket seals or electrofusion joints, only the cutting tool needs to be changed). The other end is machined into the shape required for the injection-molded socket. Subsequently, a specialized socket-injection-molding machine is used to injection-mold the socket, producing a pipe with both a socket and a spigot. This configuration enables both socket–spigot electrofusion connections and socket–spigot seal-ring connections.
Online winding connection method for double-socket and double-spigot pipe fittings
Continuous-wound C-type structural-wall pipes are formed by an in-line winding-and-joining process. After winding, a dedicated joint-machining machine is used to machine both ends of the pipe into spigot configurations (for spigot connections using rubber gaskets or electrofusion, only the cutting tool needs to be changed), thereby producing pipes with double spigots. Subsequently, by mating these pipes with a fitting that also features double spigots, both spigot–spigot electrofusion connections and spigot–spigot seal-gasket connections can be achieved.
