This production line is a C-type structural-wall helical-wound pipe extrusion line developed in accordance with the latest national standard GB/T 19472.2-2017 and utilizing state-of-the-art international technology. It is capable of producing high-quality drainage pipes (C-type structural-wall pipes) with diameters ranging from ID 300 mm to ID 1200 mm.
The production line can perform on-line winding of spigot-and-socket fittings, or it can continuously wind straight pipes followed by offline injection molding of spigot-and-socket fittings, thus offering dual functionality in a single machine.

Municipal Drainage Pipe Injection-Molded Socket and Spigot Equipment
This complete set of equipment is used for manufacturing spigot-and-socket joints for structural-wall drainage pipes, including Type A polyethylene wound structural-wall pipes, Type C polyethylene wound structural-wall pipes, plastic–steel composite structural-wall wound pipes, internally rib-reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipes, and steel-band-reinforced PE spiral corrugated pipes. It effectively addresses the issue of flexible connections in structural-wall pipes, ensuring reliable, leak-proof joints, enabling rapid connection, facilitating easy installation, and significantly reducing installation costs.
This complete set of equipment operates on the principle of extrusion combined with injection-molded pipe fittings. After the wound pipe is produced, one or two sets of spigot-and-socket joint extrusion units are employed, equipped with matching molds for both spigot and socket fittings, to quickly manufacture the spigot-and-socket joints.

Our company designs and manufactures PVC resin tile production lines equipped with matching forming molds, enabling continuous production of various corrugated plastic tiles. The complete line comprises a main machine, flat die, shaping unit, traction system, cutting device, and stacking equipment. Key advantages of the PVC resin tile production line include: a hanger-type flat die head paired with a pneumatically operated shaping mold for more reliable forming; extremely convenient adjustment of tile thickness; rubber traction rollers that match the wave profile of the plastic tiles, ensuring exceptionally smooth traction; and automatic bevel-cutting with a slanted blade, producing cleaner, straighter cuts and allowing for automatic length setting as required.
The newly developed PVC resin tile production line builds upon and further upgrades the original double-layer PVC resin tile production line. As a result, the strength of the produced PVC resin tiles is significantly enhanced, while the equipment delivers improved performance, superior quality, and a more compact and rational design. In addition, by replacing certain components, the line can also produce transparent PVC tiles with a light transmittance of up to 85%.
