Sichuan Jingxiong Sunshine Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly Sichuan Jingxiong Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd.) is located in the Kaizhou New City Industrial Park in Zhongjiang, Deyang—the national base for heavy equipment manufacturing. The company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and application of equipment for plastic building materials.
The company was founded in 2002 and operates two manufacturing facilities—the Chengdu Longtan Industrial Park and the Deyang Kaizhou New City Industrial Park—covering a total area of 65,000 square meters. Equipped with state-of-the-art production buildings and advanced CNC machining equipment, these facilities have laid a solid foundation for the company’s continued growth.
Over the past century, extensive deforestation and unregulated mining have steadily degraded the environment on which we depend for survival. National forest resources are dwindling, deserts are encroaching upon our fertile farmland, smog is severely harming our health, and natural disasters driven by the greenhouse effect have been increasing year after year. Protecting forest resources and restoring green spaces and blue skies has become a global consensus.
“Replacing steel with plastic, replacing wood with plastic”—under the guidance of national policies, plastics are rapidly substituting for a wide range of other materials at an extraordinary pace, and plastic products have become ubiquitous in our daily lives. Thanks to their flame-retardant properties, non-toxicity, excellent thermal insulation, absence of formaldehyde emissions, superior decorative performance, and recyclability, plastic building materials are now experiencing rapid and remarkable growth.
Through dedicated research in collaboration with academic and research institutions and industry experts, Jingxiong Enterprise has continuously introduced and assimilated advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. The plastic building-materials equipment it has developed boasts superior performance, is widely used by numerous well-known enterprises across China, and is also exported to Southeast Asian countries and regions. Recently, the company has successfully developed a municipal drainage and sewage-pipe system that includes: an A-type helical-wound structural-wall pipe production line (commonly known as hollow-wall pipe), internally rib-reinforced spiral corrugated pipe, a B-type helical-wound structural-wall pipe production line (commonly known as B-type Kela pipe), a C-type continuous-wound structural-wall pipe production line (commonly known as C-type Kela pipe), and JZ-series injection-molded socket-and-spigot fittings equipment. These products have enjoyed sustained strong sales in the market and have earned high praise from customers.
