Home renovation

In residential renovation projects, plastic extrusion equipment is primarily used to manufacture decorative profiles, trim moldings, wall and floor finishing materials, and window and door accessories. The core requirements include aesthetically pleasing product appearance, precise dimensions, environmental friendliness with no off-gassing, and easy installation—making the products suitable for both home renovations and commercial space fit-outs. At the same time, there is a demand for product diversification to meet personalized design needs while balancing production efficiency with superior material quality and finish.

Adaptation to injection molding machine equipment configuration

Decorative Profile Extrusion Production Line:

Single-screw or twin-screw extruders, paired with vacuum calibration tables, haul-off units, and surface-finishing auxiliary equipment, are used to produce PVC and WPC decorative trims (such as door casings and skirting boards), ceiling profiles, wall panels, and other products. These systems support in-line texture embossing and film-laminating processes, enhancing product aesthetics and wear resistance. Certain models offer multi-product compatibility, allowing for the production of various specifications simply by changing the die.

Injection molding machine:

Select small to medium-sized horizontal injection molding machines for the production of window and door accessories (such as hinges, handles, and sealing strips) and construction fasteners (such as plastic expansion anchors and decorative clips). These machines offer fast cycle times, produce parts with smooth surfaces, and are well-suited for the mass production of architectural fittings. By simply changing molds, multiple product varieties can be manufactured, thereby maximizing equipment utilization.

Auxiliary equipment configuration:

A color-masterbatch blending system is provided to enable multi-color customization of products, meeting the needs of various interior design styles; high-precision cutting equipment is installed to ensure precise dimensions for decorative moldings and panels, facilitating on-site installation; comprehensive environmental protection treatment equipment is included to minimize odors and dust during production, thereby complying with eco-friendly standards for building materials; and a three-roll calendering machine is specifically configured for decorative panels to guarantee a smooth, even surface.

Process Optimization Plan

To meet aesthetic requirements for interior decoration products, we have optimized the extrusion process by employing high-precision molds and vacuum calibration technology, ensuring a smooth surface free of scratches and bubbles. In the surface-finishing stage, we utilize in-line film lamination and texture-embossing techniques to replicate natural patterns such as wood grain and stone veining, enhancing the product’s tactile appeal while improving its wear resistance and water repellency. During injection molding, we fine-tune plasticizing temperature and injection speed to eliminate sink marks and flash, achieving precise dimensions that perfectly match the installation requirements of decorative accessories. To comply with environmental standards, we select eco-friendly raw materials and optimize production processes to minimize the emission of harmful substances, ensuring that our products meet national environmental certification criteria for interior decoration materials (e.g., E0 grade). For WPC decorative materials, we employ a fully automated production line—comprising raw-material blending, granulation, extrusion molding, and surface finishing—to ensure thorough integration of wood flour and plastic, thereby enhancing both toughness and environmental performance. These materials are easy to saw, nail, and machine, making them highly adaptable to the flexible demands of on-site construction.

Core Advantages

Our product portfolio is highly diversified, encompassing decorative moldings, panels, fittings, and a wide range of other interior finishing materials that cater to various design styles, with customizable colors and textures. Our products are environmentally friendly, odorless, and easy to install, significantly reducing construction complexity and time costs. The equipment is user-friendly, supports rapid tool changes, and is well-suited for small-batch, multi-variety production, thereby meeting the demands of personalized interior design. Production efficiency is high: extrusion lines can achieve an hourly output of several hundred kilograms, while injection molding machines feature short cycle times, enabling swift responses to bulk orders for interior materials. Moreover, our products are waterproof, moisture-resistant, insect-proof, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long service life and making them ideal for long-term indoor applications.
